Will it duplicate topics over time?
No. Blogtool checks every article it has previously published to your site before writing a new one, so it never repeats a topic.
Do I need to review articles before they go live?

If you would rather look first, switch the site to “You approve first” and Blogtool proposes topics and writes nothing until you say yes.
